From Site Problem to Product Solution
The idea for our flagship product FIELDBASE was born on a real job site. As a project manager in the air conditioning and construction industry, I was constantly juggling Running a jobsite with the need to step away just to get basic admin done — check plans, send emails, fill out paperwork or use design software, I Needed an office set up on the job but There was nothing on the Australian market that gave me a secure, mobile, field-ready office solution.
So I built one for myself.
For over two years, I used the original prototype of what would become the FIELDBASE. It housed my monitors, keyboard, printer, Site Documents, and tools. It kept everything secure on-site. It was built Tough and moved with me from job to job.
Then I refined the design.
Today’s FIELDBASE is the result of firsthand need, real-world testing, and deliberate engineering. It’s not just a product — it’s a response to the daily challenges that site managers, engineers, and field teams face every day. I built what I needed, and now I’m making it available to others who face the same problem.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship within the greater Sydney area. For shipping to other locations
in NSW please contact us directly prior to checking out for a delivery cost
quote.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs vary depending on your location and order size. We currently
offer free delivery to the greater Sydney area.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Delivery is typically 5-10 business days.
Q: Do you offer express or same-day delivery?
A: Unfortunately, as our products are made to order, we do not
offer same day delivery. Products will be ready for delivery within 2 weeks of
placing your order.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders are processed and ready for delivery within a 2 week time-frame.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking
number and link to follow your delivery.
Issues With Orders
Q: My package is delayed, lost, or damaged — what do I
do?

issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
